DuEast project launching October 4th - that we’re willing to go head-to- head in a friendly
investment challenge.

The Challenge Details:

Once the equal investments of $40,000 CDN have vested over the project duration, projected to be 4 or 5 years, from October 4th, 2017, the person(s) who achieve a higher rate of return based on their original investment, will be declared the winner of the challenge. The loser(s) will agree to donate their profits (if any) to a charity of the winners choosing. In the unlikely event of an absolute draw in investment return amounts between Connect Asset Management’s single investment: one pre-construction DuEast condo, and the challenger with the highest return based on the other challengers return on investments, then both parties will agree to donate 50% of each of their respective profits to a mutually agreed upon charity.
